Sequent Global Technologies, Inc. in Somerset, NJ seeks SAP Functional Analyst. Responsible for developing the graphical user interfaces by using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Configuring the spring integration XML to route request to respective databases. Involved in the development of presentation layer and GUI framework in JSP, HTML and validations were done using JavaScript.
Involved in writing SQL queries with major Relational Databases and database connectivity (JDBC) for databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL. Explored SAP R/3 Software and gain hands on experience. Performed Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing. Scheduling jobs and alerts using SQL Server Agent and configured database mail for any job failure. Worked on database programming using SQL and PL/SQL with implementation of business applications using the Oracle Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). SAP Navigation and configuration of Master Data within the IMG. Involved in creating and scheduling Purchasing documents-Contracts, Agreements, Invoicing Plans, Release Procedures and Purchasing Document Configuration. Involved in various Procurement processes of creating PR, PO, RFQ, Subcontracting, Third Party, and Consignment.
Involved in interfacing and integration of MM with SD and WM modules. Involved in unit and integration testing and assisted developing business process procedures for the end users. ABAP Object oriented Programming Control framework programming like Tree, ALV grid, Splitter controls, and Docking controls. Involved in Debugging using ABAP debugger, runtime Debugging Analysis. Creating Purchase Organization and Storage locations; assigning Purchase Organization to Company Code, Plant; assigning Plants to Company Code. Defining message output types for purchasing documents, testing print layout, and setting up e-mail and fax communication mediums. Worked on the IDOC processing, manual posting, identifying errors, setting up partner profiles.
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely affiliated science field.
Must also possess experience with
(i) ERP Skills: SAP R/3 ECC 6.0, SAP MM/WM;
(ii) Database: ORACLE, MS SQL, and DB2;
(iii) Programming: SQL, JAVA, and ABAP;
(iv) Testing: Unit testing,
Regression testing and Integration testing;
(v) preparing business process scenario flow charts using
Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint presentations under procure to pay area; and (vi) preparing test plans, procedures and cases using MS Word/Excel. Must be willing to travel and relocate to unanticipated client locations in the U.S.
